Legal & Policies
Last updated: July 19, 2026Under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other states, you have the right to know what personal information a site collects and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of that information. This page explains where SideGigToolbox.com stands and how to exercise that right.
We don’t sell your information
SideGigToolbox.com does not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not currently work with any advertising network or ad broker on this site. That means the kind of cross-context behavioral advertising data-sharing this law is mainly aimed at isn’t happening here today.
What we do use
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic. Depending on how broadly “sharing” is interpreted under California law, some visitors consider standard analytics tools like this to fall within that definition. In the interest of giving you a real choice regardless of how it’s classified, you can opt out using the method below.
How to opt out
To submit a Do Not Sell / Do Not Share request, email hello@sidegigtoolbox.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell / Do Not Share Request.” We’ll confirm and process your request without requiring you to create an account or provide more information than necessary to identify your request.
You can also limit analytics tracking directly through your browser’s privacy settings or by using a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts.
This may change
If SideGigToolbox.com begins working with an advertising network in the future, this page will be updated to reflect what that means for your data and your opt-out options at that time.
